| Product Update Memo: Date: October 1st 2011 Premier Medical Necessity - Product Update
Premier's Medical Necessity product has been updated to version 8.4 This update is FREE to all MS4 users utilizing our Medical Necessity Product.
Changes to Version 8.4 Effective November 2011 CMS will be requiring the use of a new ABN form. PMN Version 8.4 contains the necessary enhancements to fulfill this requirement.
New downloadable update files and instructions are included below. ____________________________________________________________________________

Medical Necessity Version 8.4 NOTE: You must be on version 8.0 before upgrading to V8.2. Please click here for version 8.0 upgrade information. You must be on version 8.2 before upgrading to V8.3. Please click here for version 8.2 upgrade information. You must be on version 8.3 before upgrading to V8.4. Please click here for version 8.3 upgrade information.
Download Instructions: If you are not on OS 6.1 or higher download this file: PMN8453 If you are on OS 6.1 or higher download this file: PMN8461
In the "Save In" drop down box at the top choose the location to where you want to save the file.
After you have saved the files open the directory where you saved the file and double click it to extract the file or files to the desired directory.
The files are now ready to upload to the iSeries platform.
